Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your ERGO tools in their original packaging, ensuring all cords, accessories, and instructional manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
